REGISTRATIONS
1) The minimum size of a delegation is 14.
2) The delegates may be from Grades 8 to 12. Schools are requested to complete registration at delegateaffairs.lmun@gmail.com.
3) The Conference Handbook, which includes a detailed guide to our Rules of Procedure, Code of Conduct, Dress Code, Documentation, and a tentative Conference Schedule, shall be available on our website: www.lmun.org and our Instagram page: @lamartinieremun by the 7th of October, 2025.
4) Background guides, which are written informational aids for delegates on the agenda being discussed, shall also be available on our website by the 7th of October 2025.
6) Each institution may send a maximum of two participants to the international press with no more than one being in the same category of participation, i.e., Journalism and Photography.
7) Preference shall be given to Journalists & Photographers in that order. Due to the limited number of portfolios for photographers, they shall be allotted on a first come, first served basis.
8) The Ad-Hoc Committee of the Secretary-General and two other committees from the group of the 13 committees shall feature a midnight crisis session- something which has been a long-standing tradition at LMUN. The Secretariat shall provide refreshments & transport facilities to both local and outstation delegates attending this session, the timings for which shall be conveyed during the conference.
9) The Registration Fee per delegate is INR 2800/- for all local/national institutions. This is inclusive of:
i) Meals on the 3 days of the Conference.
ii) All stationery and Conference material.
iii) Transport arrangements to and from the airport/railway station and to and from the hotels to the College, only available to outstation institutions opting for the accommodation options prescribed by us following the registrations.
10) We would be happy to welcome international delegations. The La Martiniere Model United Nations Secretariat assures of all assistance required for documentation necessary. The Registration Fee for international delegatations shall be USD 50.
11) The delegates shall be competing for the following awards:
i) Secretary-General’s Best Delegate: Gavel.
ii) Best Delegation: Plaque & Certificate of Appreciation.
iii) Best Delegate (in each Committee): Certificate of Participation, Certificate of Appreciation, & a Gavel.
iv) High Commendation (in each Committee): Certificate of Participation and Certificate of Appreciation.
v) Special Mention (in each Committee): Certificate of Participation and Certificate of Appreciation.
vi) Verbal Mention: Certificate of Participation.
12) After receiving a confirmation email from the secretariat, you may proceed with the payment via our website www.lmun.org/payments to complete your registration. Portfolios shall be allotted post-registration.
