1. The minimum size of a delegation is 12. The delegates may be from Grades 8 to 12.

 

2. Schools are requested to complete registration at delegateaffairs.lmun@gmail.com. The Secretariat shall send other conference-related documents and provide all guidance required thereafter.

 

3. The Conference Handbook, which includes a detailed guide to our Rules of Procedure, Code of Conduct, Dress Code, Documentation, and a tentative Conference Schedule, shall be available on our website- www.lmun.org and our Instagram page- @lamartinieremun by the 10th of October, 2023.

 

4. Background guides, which are written informational aids for delegates on the agenda being discussed, shall also be available on our website by the 10th of October 2023.

 

5. The Registration Fee per delegate is 2500/- for all local/national institutions.

This is inclusive of:

a) Meals on the 3 days of the Conference.

b) All stationery and Conference material.

c) Transport arrangements to and from the airport/railway station and to and from the hotels to the College are only available to outstation institutions opting for the accommodation options prescribed by us following the registrations.

 

6. We would be happy to welcome international delegations. The La Martiniere Model United Nations Secretariat assures of all assistance required for documentation necessary. The Registration Fee for international delegates shall be US $50.

7. The delegates shall be competing for the following awards:

i) Best Delegation: Certificate of Appreciation and Gavel.

ii) Best Delegate (in each Committee): Certificate of Participation, Certificate of Appreciation, and a Gavel.

iii) High Commendation (in each Committee): Certificate of Participation and Certificate of Appreciation.

iv) Special Mention (in each Committee): Certificate of Participation and Certificate of Appreciation.

v) Verbal Mention: Certificate of Participation.

8. After receiving a confirmation email from the Secretariat you may proceed with the payment via our website www.lmun.org/payments to complete your Registration.
